Combine Animation with the Real World

Here is an example that the artists combined the animated characters with the reality. This video was originally made for promoting a Chinese design magazine.

The idea inside is to show that the 360 degree creativity around an ancient town.There is no fancy skills but very smart masking and tweening in flash applied to the footage.

There is a strong contrast between colored cartoon characters and the black and white underneath footage.
